SHIPPING METHODS

Our standard shipping is via USPS Ground. We often upgrade the shipping to USPS Priority Mail at no additional charge. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery of your purchase. During the holidays we suggest allowing extra time for your order to arrive due to heavy volume with us and delays at all major shippers.

U.S. SHIPPING/HANDLING RATES

USPS charges are automatically calculated according to the schedule provided by USPS that considers zone, girth and weight. Our calculator is updated by USPS as rates change. All rates are calculated at the time of your order - this means no surprises!

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You may choose any of the following options:

  • Major Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

    We do not ship COD orders.

    RETURN POLICY

    We proudly stand behind the products we sell. We carry only quality products from reputable firms that meet our strict criteria. We are sure you will be happy with your purchases and guarantee that each item is as described and pictured. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. E-mail for a return authorization number and correct return address.

    Packages arriving without this number will be refused. (Do not return to the address on the package. Packages are shipped from several locations during the holidays. Please e-mail for correct address).

    When returning we recommend that you box properly, insure the return item(s) and get a tracking number for your own protection in case the item is lost. If we don't receive it, we can't refund your money.

    A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returned items. Defective items may be returned for repair or replacement only, no restocking charges apply for damaged goods. All shipping costs must be prepaid. Ship parcel post or FedEx ground.

    If package arrives damaged, hold merchandise in original packaging. Notify FedEx, UPS or Post Office immediately, who will inspect the package and return it to us at no expense to you. Please notify us prior to returning any freight damaged merchandise.
